Excellent opportunity for an AWS Network Security specialist to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice at Cognizant Infrastructure Services. We provide IT infrastructure & Cloud services across various industry verticals, including Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, covering Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services, and Environment Management Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
2. Deploy and configure Check Point CloudGuard and other security solutions on AWS.
3. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for automation.
4. Configure and optimize cloud security measures, including IAM policies, network security groups, and encryption protocols.
5. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Monitor infrastructure performance and costs with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Cost Explorer.
7. Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
8. Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services and maintain production environments.
9. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and documentation on cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
10. Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
11. Must have (or be eligible for) SC Clearance.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AWS cloud solutions.
* Experience deploying Check Point CloudGuard and similar security solutions on AWS.
* Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
* Knowledge of cloud security practices, including IAM, network security, and encryption.
* Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Cost Explorer.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring system availability and disaster recovery.
