Offer description

Company Description Relive Physiotherapy is a fast-growing, patient-centered organization dedicated to helping people with Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions achieve rapid and lasting recovery. The clinic focuses on personalized, evidence-based treatment plans rather than one-size-fits-all approaches. A key strength of Relive Physiotherapy is its team of highly skilled clinicians, from Consultant Physiotherapists to MSK Specialist Physiotherapists, who are committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Team members are selected for their clinical excellence, strong work ethic, and passion for improving patient outcomes. Relive Physiotherapy offers a supportive and collaborative environment where both patients and clinicians can thrive.

Role Description As an MSK Physiotherapist at Relive Physiotherapy, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based practice. You will design and deliver individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to promote self-management. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical discussions, and participate in service development and quality improvement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chester, working directly with patients in a clinic setting and occasionally supporting community or outreach initiatives as required.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, explain clinical concepts clearly, and work effectively with diverse patient groups.
* Commitment to continuous professional development, openness to feedback, and willingness to engage in supervision, training, and case discussions.
* Strong clinical skills in MSK assessment, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
* A Minimum of 2 years experience in treating musculoskeletal clients with manual therapy techniques, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education to support self-management and long-term recovery.
* Appropriate professional qualification in Physiotherapy (e.g., BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy) and current registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., HCPC or equivalent).
* Ability to manage a varied clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and outcome measures.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to a supportive, learning-focused workplace culture.
* Previous experience in an MSK outpatient or private practice setting is highly desirable; additional certifications or training in MSK, sports, or orthopedics are an advantage.
