Finance and Administration Officer Description:

Due to organisational growth, they are looking to welcome an organised, self-motivated Finance and Administration Officer into their team.
Finance and Administration Officer Responsbilities:
1. Maintain accurate financial records including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and income.
2. Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
3. Perform bank reconciliation.
4. General invoicing.
5. Track expenses for the organisation and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements including profit and loss balance sheets.
