Embracing a flexible, team-player attitude - no two days are the same! About you: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education. A genuine love of working with children and watching them grow. Confidence in being a key person, maintaining accurate development records and communicating with families. Strong communication, creativity, and a proactive attitude. A positive, can-do approach and willingness to go the extra mile for children and colleagues.
