You'll play a vital role in supporting each child's learning and development, working closely with a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful space where children flourish.
Description of the role:
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team.
* Supporting children's learning journeys through exciting activities tailored to their needs.
* Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Embracing a flexible, team-player attitude - no two days are the same!
About you:
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
* A genuine love of working with children and watching them grow.
* Confidence in being a key person, maintaining accurate development records and communicating with families.
* Strong communication, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
* A positive, can-do approach and willingness to go the extra mile for children and colleagues.
