Main Responsibilities Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure payment activity aligns with company records Reconcile operational accounts and monitor cash positions Support accurate period-end financial reporting Facilitate payouts of approved loans Assist in producing financial reports and analysis for management Handle finance-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders Liaise with customers, suppliers, and manage debtor/creditor communications Help resolve ad-hoc finance queries as needed Role Requirements A-level educated (or equivalent) Studying/planning to study AAT, ACCA, or CIMA 1 year’s experience in a finance or accounting role (mortgage, credit, or financial services a plus) Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skill Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset Person Requirements A strong team player with a friendly, professional approach Proactive and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude Pragmatic, flexible, and solutions-focused Committed and conscientious, with a drive to deliver results Honest, reliable, and operates with integrity Why Join Us?
