In this role, you'll take full ownership of an established permanent desk focused on recruiting Facilities Management and Maintenance (blue-collar) staff across Taunton and the surrounding region. You'll work closely with a colleague covering another area of the region, with the desk benefiting from a solid pipeline of both warm and new clients, ensuring excellent job flow. This opportunity is available due to rising demand in a stable and expanding market.

The Role
This role is tailored for someone looking to manage and grow an established permanent recruitment desk. You'll engage with both clients and candidates in a consultative way, taking full ownership of your client portfolio. Building and maintaining long-term relationships, you'll become the go-to expert for FM and Maintenance recruitment in your region. With a mix of PSL accounts, retail clients, and significant potential for growth, this is a great opportunity for a motivated recruiter to lead and expand their own permanent desk.
As part of an experienced and growth-driven division, you'll be responsible for managing the permanent recruitment division within the FM and Maintenance space, covering a defined geographical area.
