Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Romford
To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or an equivalent.

What do you need to be good at?
* Engaging with people from all walks of life, establishing their needs and wants through effective communication via email, phone, face‑to‑face and video.
* Multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities efficiently.
* Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to maximise opportunities and sustain high customer service.
* Collaborating with branch peers to build relationships and generate referral opportunities.
* Taking accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
* Comfortable in front of a camera to engage with your audience on social channels.
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
* Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in‑branch opportunities.
* Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
* Generate your own leads and business.
* Work in tandem with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director teams to ensure efficient processes.
* Provide exceptional client care from beginning to end.
Working Hours
* Full-time, office based.
* Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
* Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00, with day off in lieu.
Requirements
* CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
* Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
* Proof of identity (Passport or Birth Certificate) and proof of address.
* National Insurance number and full UK driving licence.
