Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Inverness location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, carry out surveys and producing quotations, sales development, ensure service quality, and manage staff, providing leadership while driving team performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational standards, and optimizing efficiency and profitability. The role also involves overseeing inventory management, creating relationships with clients, and identifying business opportunities to grow sales and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
* Management and leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development
* Proven planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of logistics, storage, and removal business operations
* Strong communication and customer service skills, including resolving issues effectively
* Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or logistics management software
* Understanding of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
* Previous experience in a similar industry or role is advantageous
* Full UK driver's license is essential
