We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.\n\nSome of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:\n\nIdentifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls \nDeveloping existing, new and lapsed business and client relationships \nProactive sales activities and working to targets\nTravelling to visit clients for meetings so ideally you will be a driver with your own car \nSourcing and recruiting staff for temporary catering and hospitality bookings\nNegotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections\nService management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
