Were looking for a compassionate and reliable Extra Care Night Assistant to support residents within our Extra Care schemes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two nights are the same, so flexibility and resilience are key. Key responsibilities include: Supporting resident wellbeing, promoting independence, and responding to emergencies Carrying out regular welfare checks in line with individual support plans Liaising with families, health professionals, and external agencies Monitoring the safety and condition of the building, including basic checks and contractor liaison Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems Supporting tenancy management and general scheme operations Youll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
