Salary: £41,600 - 44,612.8 per year Requirements: We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst for a 6 month contract. We need someone with experience supporting business systems at first line level. We need strong skills in managing support requests and coordinating technical queries. We require experience developing MIS reports using Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Power BI. We need someone with the ability to design, develop, and validate ad hoc reports. We require experience building short-term tactical solutions using Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL Server. We are seeking someone able to work in a hybrid arrangement, onsite in Cardiff 2 days per week. We need someone available full time, Monday to Friday. Experience handling a high volume of support requests is essential. Responsibilities: We provide first line support for an area of our clients business systems. We manage requests received via the support mailbox from first point of contact through to resolution. We design and develop ad hoc MIS reports from a variety of systems. We design, develop, and validate ad hoc MIS reports. We build short-term tactical solutions using Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL Server. We manage the support mailbox. We coordinate 2nd and 3rd line queries with relevant engineers. We respond to a high demand of support requests.
