Job Title: General Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-Day, Short-Term, Long-Term)
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience and assignment)

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people in their education? Our well-established education agency is currently seeking reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Bromley area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain classroom experience, considering a future in teaching, or seeking flexible work in education.
Responsibilities
* Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
* Managing student behaviour and ensuring a focused classroom environment
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students stay on task
* Providing feedback to the appropriate staff after lessons
* This role does not involve lesson planning or marking
Requirements
* Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or educational setting
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* The ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
* A proactive and professional attitude
* A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Right to work in the UK
* Ideal for: Recent graduates; Aspiring teachers; Teaching Assistants looking to take the next step; Individuals with experience in youth work, coaching, or tutoring
