Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Support Microsoft 365 applications and provide user account management via Active Directory.
* Assist with meeting room setups, AV support, and new user device configurations.
