Job Description
The Finance Assistant will report to the Income Manager, duties include but are not limited to:
3. Processing all invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Assisting with the resolution of any issues related to invoice processing.
5. Working closely with the finance team to ensure all invoicing procedures are adhered to.
6. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of invoicing processes.
7. Providing general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
8. A strong administrative background and knowledge of accounting principles
9. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. The ability to work well in a team environment.
12. Experience using finance software
