Job Title: HR Data & Systems Administrator
Location: Beckett House, Worthing (Hybrid)
Brand: LRG
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Responsible to: Group HR Specialist Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. In conjunction with HR and Payroll colleagues, administer and support LRG’s HR systems and software
2. Analyse and resolve issues raised by users, liaising with third party providers as required
3. Support in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, including MI and analytics relating to HR data
4. Produce regular and adhoc reports for the business and HR/Payroll as required
5. Monitor system data to ensure integrity and consistency, including supporting HR colleagues with regular data audits and cleaning
6. Ensure data recorded/retained in systems complies with GDPR requirements
7. Assist with HR projects as and when required, including performing mass data imports where necessary
8. Support annual data projects such as salary review, NMW analysis etc
9. Assist users by developing their knowledge and skills to effectively use systems and software
10. Support system maintenance such as upgrades and updates
11. Assist the HR Admin team with workload as and when the capacity within the role allows
What are we looking for:

4. Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task
5. Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Experience with HR systems and data
8. CIPD level 3 or above
9. Power BI
10. Knowledge of property market and associated services
