I am recruiting for a Salesforce Programme Manager to oversee a major greenfield transformation project within the water industry. My end client is embarking on an exciting initiative to align their systems and processes with a sister company, leveraging Salesforce technology to drive innovation and efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to take the lead in a transformative project, working mostly remotely with a competitive day rate.
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce programme management, focusing on core Salesforce and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Manage the integration of Salesforce solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational capabilities.
Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce within the Utility sector.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success.
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Programme Manager, with a focus on core Salesforce and Experience Cloud.
Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, preferably in the water or related sectors.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Competitive pay rate of £700-800 per day, outside IR35.
