* Vacancy Details:Drs Leslie, Rasul and Partners is a friendly practice, based in Woodside Health & Care Centre in the G20 area of Glasgow (near Firhill Stadium). Our core working hours are 8am to 6pmWe are looking to recruit two enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Receptionist who possesses strong communication and IT skills to join our team.Both positions requires a commitment of 21 hours per week and 26.5 hours per week. While having prior experience in GP practices and in reception work is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided to the suitable candidate.
The responsibilities of the role include typing and sending letters to the hospital upon GPs’ requests, addressing administrative inquiries from patients and clinicians, scheduling appointments both in-person and via telephone, communicating test results to patients over the phone, coordinating prescription requests, managing patient registrations and undertaking various other administrative duties.Ideally, the successful candidate should be capable of offering additional coverage during periods of annual leave or in the event of other staff absences. 20 days of annual leave on a pro-rata basis, along with an additional 10 days for public holidays.

Wednesday: 8:00 – 4:00
Thursday: 8:00 – 4:00
Friday: 8:00 – 4:00Job 2 – 26.5 Hours per week:
Monday: 8:00 – 4:00
Tuesday: 8:00 – 4:00
Wednesday: 8:00 – 1:30
Friday: 8:00 – 4:00
