We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Additional Needs Assistant to join our supportive team at a Secondary SEN School in Burnley.
Location: Burnley
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary, January start until the end of the academic year
About the Role:
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism, supporting them in accessing learning, developing communication and social skills, and encouraging independence within the classroom. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, understanding, and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.

* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (particularly Autism)
