The Role
* Learning and mastering the full recruitment process
* Building relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Working towards targets with the backing of expert training and mentoring

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, outgoing, and eager to learn
* Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
