About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver's Mate to join our clients delivery team. You will assist the driver with the safe and efficient delivery of furniture items to customers' homes and businesses. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting, good teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the driver with loading and unloading furniture onto the delivery vehicle.
2. Safely handle, carry, and position furniture in customers' homes or workplaces.
3. Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard.
4. Provide excellent customer service, including polite and professional interaction at delivery sites.
