McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional and experienced Registered Estate Manager to lead the team at Penny House in Olney, near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Package: £38,690 plus benefits + Career Progression AND BONUS
In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional UNCAPPED bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,000.

Hours: 38.75 per week (mixture of weekday and weekend shifts)
Development Information: Penny House is one of our newest estates, located on the edge of Olney in Buckinghamshire. It features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a communal lounge, landscaped gardens, an onsite bistro, and a salon. A bus stop is directly outside.

About you:
* You are a warm, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who cares deeply about the wellbeing of older people.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive, happy, and empowered community.
* You have experience promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
* You hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management (consideration given to those in the process of completing this qualification).
* You are a confident and experienced people manager who can inspire your team.
* You have experience in senior living or care development, with understanding of health and safety, property management, and budget management.
