The Role:
Our client is seeking a Renewals Account Team Manager to own and drive the performance of their current and well established team. You will lead from the front - coaching, motivating, and delivering against ambitious Net & Gross Renewal Rate targets. You’ll also retain a select portfolio of prestigious clients, ensuring we keep our best relationships thriving.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of Renewal Account Managers.
* Drive monthly retention and growth targets (NRR/GRR).
* Deliver top-tier forecasting and reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
* Champion a solutions-focused, high-ownership culture.
* Lead on hiring, onboarding, and training future stars.
* Manage a small book of top-tier renewals—setting the gold standard.
