Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civils Sales Manager, located in Ballymena. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities within the Civil Engineering sector, and acting as a trusted advisor for client projects. Responsibilities also include identifying market trends, preparing accurate quotations, and collaborating with internal teams on project specifications and solution delivery. The Civils Sales Manager will work to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent service and technical support for clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Civil Engineering or construction sectors
* Strong technical understanding of precast concrete products or Civil Engineering applications
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
* Proficiency in project management, including coordination with internal product and design teams
* Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
* Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Ability to work on-site in Ballymena and travel as required
