What you’ll be doing:
Owning BAU across a multi-site, multi-currency setup - keeping things tight, controlled, and moving forward.
* Lead monthly reporting & group consolidations
* Own month-end & year-end (UK GAAP)
* Drive working capital through AR oversight
* Support budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
* Keep cash flowing & treasury sharp
* Lead a team and raise standards across the board
* Play a key role in integrating new acquisitions
You’ll be in the detail but always connected to the bigger picture. Exposure to international operations, M&A activity, and real strategic conversations.
What they’re looking for:
* Proven experience in multi-site environments
* Strong on reporting, controls (multi-currency)
* Strong on audit and stats
* Ideally from a product / stock-led business
* Someone proactive who wants understand the business, not just report on it
High visibility. Strong backing from an impressive FD. A business scaling properly and genuine headroom to grow with it.
