I am supporting a great client of mine with their recruitment of a Receptionist/Administrator. This really is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a unique and exciting organisation. Given the Receptionist nature of the role this is an office based position and due to location it is essential that you have access to a car.
Below is an overview of the things you will support with in the role:
* Being the face of the business you will meet and greet visitors as well as managing all incoming calls, taking messages where necessary
* Handling and distributing incoming mail and other deliveries
* Responding to emails
* Co-ordinating of meetings over Teams and in person
* Support with the organisation for the employee wellbeing programme
* Providing general administration support to all departments
* Managing orders for all office supplies
* Organising staff social events
* Co-ordination of corporate gifting for clients and employees
The ideal candidate for this role will have a fair amount of Receptionist experience as well as being enthusiastic, hard working and well-organised. Strong IT skills are also an essential for this role.
