In this role, you’ll be at the heart of growth: working with our valued clients to unlock cross‑sell opportunities, deepen relationships, and deliver real value – ensuring they get the most from Actionstep. You’ll partner across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to understand customer needs, propose smart solutions, and drive revenue growth while upholding a customer‑first mindset.
Location: Hybrid – London (Kings Cross)
Compensation: £65,000‑£75,000 Base; £170,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities
* Unlock cross‑sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Deepen relationships with current clients, identifying evolving needs and positioning the right add‑ons or upgrades to maximise value, retention, and satisfaction.
* Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success to analyse usage patterns, surface insights, and proactively recommend solutions.
* Bridge service and sales – ensure clients get the most from Actionstep and inform product and marketing with real customer trends.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the legal industry, ideally with practice‑management and accounting software.
* Demonstrated IT/SaaS sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Skilled in assessing customer needs, building trusted multi‑level relationships, and driving/closing opportunities.
* Experienced Salesforce CRM user.
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation, verbal, and written skills; confident engaging customers and internal teams, and comfortable saying “no” when needed.
* Proven relationship builder and strong negotiator.
* Proactive problem solver with strong technical aptitude and the ability to resolve issues resourcefully.
* Strategic thinker who understands business goals, analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and develops growth plans.
* High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self‑directed, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
* Able to work autonomously and as a strong team contributor.
* Effective time manager capable of juggling multiple work streams.
Desired
* Formal sales training/certification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger), and/or a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
