Our client is a privately‑owned, profitable and established Building Services consultancy who have been operating for over 25 years. They have 5 offices in the North East, Yorkshire, Manchester and more recently opened their 5th office in Birmingham almost 12 months ago.
They are now stepping into their next phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Principal or Associate with aspirations to progress beyond this level long term to join their team based in Manchester. You will work closely with Directors of the business, leading and managing a team of engineers, be client facing and hold commercial responsibilities.
Projects sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more. You will wear multiple hats and will be involved in several projects at one time with workload being spread across each office’s design team. With support, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business including business development, commercial/financial management and resourcing.
