Role: Store Manager – Totnes
Hours: Monday – Saturday (9:30am – 17:00pm) (37.5hours – Rota Basis)
Salary: Starting at £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Totnes store on Fore Street.
What will the Store Managers duties be?
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Totnes branch, ensuring it is presented to the highest standards while driving sales, profitability and outstanding customer service.
Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the store and window displays to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience
Working towards and achieving key performance indicators, including turnover, profitability and staff retention
Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately five staff through regular appraisals, coaching and training
Managing rotas, timesheets, absence and sickness, and following company disciplinary procedures where required
Recruiting, inducting and training new team members as needed
Ensuring full compliance with company Health & Safety policies and promoting best practice within the team

Leads by example, motivating the team and creating a positive, professional working environment
Drives sales and profitability through strong product knowledge, visual standards and team performance
Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
Highly organised with strong administrative skills
Confident using Microsoft Office applications such as word, excel, emails etc
Previous experience as a supervisor or manager within a retail or commercial environment is essential.
