Commercial Property Legal Secretary Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: £32k - £36k p/annum Job Type: Full-time, site based Reed Legal are recruiting for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a modern and fast-growing law firm in Buckinghamshire, known for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch. The Commercial Property Paralegal would provide essential support to the commercial property division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Provide direct support to the Managing Director in handling a variety of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and more. Open and maintain legal files in line with the firm’s risk management procedures. Produce letters, forms, and legal documents to a high standard. Handle telephone enquiries professionally. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Conduct property searches using online platforms. Manage post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations. Carry out searches and handle Land Registry applications. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm procedures at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a legal secretary in a Commercial Property department. Fast and accurate touch-typing skills. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, professional, and highly organised.
