KEY TASKS AND DUTIES, ACTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring the quality of new features and functionality of the Insight Legal Product Suite. Investigating, reproducing and assisting the Development Team with resolving software defects Creating, maintaining and executing feature and regression test plans Following the Quality Assurance process guidelines in testing new and existing features and functionalities in our software products. Taking ownership of and continually evolving the Quality Assurance process Working with the Support Department to maintain an excellent level of service and client rapport Maintaining list of features requested by our customers and providing updates for the Support Department Assisting with support ticket reviews Creating and maintaining documentation for new features, including release notes and internal guidance Creating internal training videos for new features Acting as a point of contact for YouTrack and Wiki, providing internal training for new starters
