Sheet Metal Worker – £37,318 day shift - £ 49,632 Back/Night/Weekend Shifts - located in Glasgow. Benefits include a competitive pension plan and an enhanced annual leave allowance.
Shift Patterns:
Mon – Thurs
Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:30
Back Shift: 14:00 – 23:30
Night Shift 20:30 – 06:00
Fri – Sun
Weekend: 07:00 – 19:30
Overtime Rates:
* Mon – Thurs: Time and a third
* Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on
* Saturday: Time and a half
* Sunday: Double time
Essential Experience:
Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers)
Clear understanding of SHE, COSHH risks awareness and manufacturing processes
Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc
Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment
