Job Overview:
As an Industry Manager, you will define, launch, and lead strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team. We're seeking a high-performing candidate with experience in building advertising/media sales teams, collaborating closely with technical cross-functional teams, a passion for solving complex problems, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to influence at the executive level globally. Our advertising business is thriving, our user base continues to grow, and this role has the potential to fuel our company's growth in unprecedented ways.
What you'll do:
* Lead a team overseeing the world's largest Food partners.
* Build and develop strong relationships with C-level executives across advertisers and agencies.
* Deliver, track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership as they relate to your team's client partnerships.
* Grow, train, and lead a diverse, high-performing team with a strong inclusive culture to support both emerging and established clients.
* Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.
What we're looking for:
* 10+ years of experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales, with established industry relationships and experience forging strong relationships with marketing leaders and C-suite at the client and agency levels.
* 5+ years of management experience and a proven track record of managing a world-class sales team, including extensive forecasting experience and achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Sales Management, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of performance advertising (e.g., Search, Shopping, Display, Social advertising) and measurement solutions.
* Experience in reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
* Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies.
* Ability to interface with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer needs and feedback.
* An individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, mobilizing resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.

Salary Range & Benefits:
US-based applicants only. The salary range for this position is $144,989 — $253,731 USD. The position is also eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Final salary depends on factors like location, experience, and skills.
