Teaching Personnel is working with a number of lovely Primary schools in your area who are seeking passionate, dedicated, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), or a strong desire to learn. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching is not essential but would be a strong advantage Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, providing one-on-one support as well as assisting in group work. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential and overcome learning barriers. Team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
