We are looking for professional, reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at a busy bar in Morecambe.
Requirements:
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
* Good communication and conflict management skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Reliability and punctuality
Duties include:
* Ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
* Managing entry and maintaining venue policy
* De-escalating situations calmly and effectively
* Working as part of a team
Shifts & Pay:
* Weekend evening work (with potential for extra shifts)
* Competitive hourly rate – paid weekly
