We’re now looking for a Head of Market Strategy & Placement to help shape what that looks like in practice. This role brings together brokers, Practice Groups and insurer partners to create a placement approach that people choose to follow, because it makes sense for clients, brokers and insurers alike.
This is a senior, influential role with real scope to shape how Konsileo engages with insurers as we continue to grow. Influence here comes from credibility, clarity and judgement - not authority.
This role will suit someone who:
* Is degree educated and conceptually strong
* Has experience operating at the intersection of brokers, insurers and trading
* Enjoys shaping strategy through collaboration, not control
* Has a track record of influencing and leading change
* Wants a long-term role with genuine scope to build something different
