Im working with an exciting retail business, who are rolling out Salesforce moving over from legacy systems, and making the platform the single source of truth.
Their Salesforce instance will be split into two, one of them is on Sales and Service Cloud, where the other one is on Marketing Cloud.
As the Marketing Cloud Lead, you will lead their Salesforce Instance, taking ownership of the day to day management and optimisation of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will own the day to day management of the SFMC Platform
* Develop and customise customer journeys and campaigns
* Work closely with the wider team and departments, including Marketing, Sales and Service
* Identify potential enhancements for the platform, and planning how to implement them.
Experience Required:
* Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud automation tools, including SQL, AmpScript and HTML
* Experience working across Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
* Strong understanding of data management, customer segmentation, and personalisation within marketing automation platforms
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications would be advantageous
