Hours of work: 15 hours as Teaching Assistant and 5 hours as Midday Supervisory Assistant
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA3) and Midday Supervisory Assistant from February 2025 as follows:
Teaching Assistant Level 3: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 12:00
Midday Supervisory Assistant: Monday - Friday, 12:00-13:00
Teaching Assistant Level 3 position is paid at Single Status Grade 4, Scale Point 9
Midday Supervisory Assistant position is paid at is Single Status Grade 2, Scale Point 4
The vacancy is in our Year 3 and 4 class. The successful candidate will:
* Preferably have experience of working with children.
* Be enthusiastic and committed to helping the pupils at our school.
* Have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and knowledge.
* Feel confident working with individual pupils and larger pupil groups.
* Feel confident to support with maths and English up to year 6
* Be willing to support the school's distinctive Christian vision and our associated values.
* Be patient, calm and truly listen to and value children's views.
* Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.
* Be able to maintain confidentiality.
* Be able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
