* Position: Optical Advisor – Assistant Manager
* Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK
* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (not every Saturday)
* Salary: Competitive basic salary (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
* Help Manage the day-to-day running of the practice
* Help Lead and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
* Work towards store and company performance targets
* Drive business growth and profitability
* Ensure high clinical and customer care standards
* Provide training and ongoing support to team members
* Stay up to date with the latest optical and hearing care developments
* Motivate, support, and lead by example
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in optics essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercially aware with good organisational skills
* Confident, approachable, and hands-on management style
* Keen to learn, develop, and progress within the optical industry
