Special Needs Teacher required to teach small classes of Key Stage 4 students with a range of complex learning needs. As a Special Needs Teacher you will be responsible for teaching a small class that is a mix of Key Stage 4 students, who have a variety of Special Educational Needs, the most common of which is Autism. You will receive outstanding support from a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants who will help you to deliver fun, engaging and valuable lessons for students. Job Role:
* Teaching small classes of Key Stage 4 Students with Special Educational Needs.
* Planning and delivering lessons to meet the need of individual students.
* Liaising with the SENCO and TA’s to ensure children are supported appropriately.
* Making school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students.
* Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers.
