Your new role
In your new role as Health & Safety Lead, you'll serve as a competent person responsible for delivering expert advice and operational guidance on all health and safety matters. Your role will include providing strategic support to senior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing risk assessments, coordinating with contractors, and driving best practices across facilities. This is a temporary, full-time position requiring an immediate start.
What you'll need to succeed
* A Level 6 qualification in Health & Safety (ideally in Occupational Health & Safety)
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices across varied environments
* Strong understanding of RIDDOR and CDM Regulations
* Experience managing safety within construction projects
* Confident communication and advisory skills
* Willingness to travel across multiple sites
