The Team
Join our highly regarded legal team, where you will provide vital legal support across various business functions, including Strategy, Treasury, Fleet, Engineering & Maintenance, and Facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid‑level lawyer looking to broaden their experience and thrive in an intellectually stimulating environment.
The Role
As a Legal Advisor, you will:
* Provide end‑to‑end support for the procurement of goods and services, particularly in engineering and maintenance
* Advise on fleet transactions and support strategic corporate projects such as acquisitions and partnerships
* Assist the Treasury team with payment arrangements and financing
* Manage our extensive property portfolio, negotiating leases and resolving disputes
* Collaborate with the Senior Legal Leadership Team on continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
* A commercial lawyer with experience in engineering, maintenance, aerospace, or similar industries
* In‑house experience is desirable
* Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a knack for finding solutions
* Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to establish trust at all levels
* A passion for easyJet and its values

Practicalities
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
