Job Description


Role Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project processes and key accountabilities.

* Update and comply with routine reporting, monitoring, and tracking systems.

* Produce routine updates for each project and maintenance activities and escalate risks as necessary to the Operations Facilities Manager/Lead.

* Ensure all projects are completed to the agreed company format and standard.

* To be the point of contact for any reactive maintenance issues raised within the area of accountability, ensuring works are quoted and completed satisfactorily within budget.

* Ensure all maintenance activities align with company standards and legislative requirements.

* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project, maintenance delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor and track Project Costs to budget, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
