Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Service Engineer, located in Farnborough with some work from home acceptable. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and services for AV/UC systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine system maintenance, and providing user training and consultations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance meets client expectations. Audio experience (Qsys/DSP) is a must.

* Experience with AV/UC systems, including diagnostics and maintenance
* Skills in problem-solving, technical support, and troubleshooting
* Proficiency in user training and customer service
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Capability to work both on-site and remotely
* Relevant certifications in AV/UC or related technology fields are a plus
