Position: Midday Supervisor Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Hours: Term-time, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM Contract: Part-time About Us: The school caters for primary students in Year 1 - 6 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. Your Role: Supervising children during lunchtimes and play activities Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all students Supporting children with additional needs as required Promoting social interaction and good behaviour Working closely with teaching staff and support teams We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children, preferably in SEN settings Is patient, compassionate, and proactive Can work effectively as part of a team Has good communication skills Is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment What we offer As a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from: · Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
