Job Description: Marella Keyholder – Harrods – London
The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store and ensuring a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Performing opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies
* Ensuring the store is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually presentable
* Supporting the Store Manager during peak business periods
* Assisting with the coordination and oversight of employee schedules
* Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries
* Acting as Store Manager in their absence, as required
