Chief Claims Officer, Flexible on locations in either UK or US
Aon is seeking a Chief Claims Officer to set vision and strategy for Claims as a differentiating capability and service offering to support overall Commercial Risk business growth agenda.
As the Chief Claims Officer, you will establish standards of excellence across all claims service activities and collaborate closely with Aon Business Services and Aon Global Risk Consulting. You will lead the global claims advocacy efforts through a leadership team across geographies, industries, and product lines.

What the day will look like
The Chief Claims Officer will lead in the following areas:
* Represent claims on the Global Commercial Risk Leadership Team
* Sponsor claims infrastructure including the Claims Resolution Platform
* Collaborate with senior leaders like the head of Aon Global Risk Consulting and COO of Risk Capital
* Define and promote the claims strategy to differentiate Aon in the market
* Set standards of excellence for claims service promise by client segment
* Design the global claims operating platform with the COO of Risk Capital
* Engage in claims advocacy and senior escalation on complex claims issues
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth through claims advocacy
* Drive claims innovation and service improvements
* Support new business growth by articulating claims value and differentiation
* Improve technical excellence within Aon’s broking operations
* Engage with claims leaders across geographies and units
* Manage carrier relations and regional engagement with vendors
* Oversee claims services for Enterprise Clients
* Participate in Risk Committee activities to mitigate firm risks
* Represent Aon as a claims industry leader through memberships and speaking engagements
