We are offering a Basic Salary of £26,436.80 plus excellent Company Benefits. It is the responsibility of the this role to ensure that every vehicle is prepared to meet group standard within 72hrs of arrival, playing a key role in maintaining the premium look and feel expected from the BMW brand. This role is also responsible for quality checking the condition of all new and used vehicles once vehicle preparation has been completed and managing the logistics for vehicles being returned to the required areas, ensuring all vehicles are fully prepared and ready for sale to the highest standard.There may also be some general site maintenance including control of the customer carpark. Experience is not essential to be considered for this role as full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career within a premium automotive dealership environment. You must be a driven and motivated, yet disciplined. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview. You will have a keen eye for detail. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence as collection and delivery of vehicles to customers and from other parts of the business.
