Teaching Assistants & HLTAs – SEN School (ASAP start)
Location: Woodeaton, Oxfordshire
Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a specialist SEN school in the Woodeaton area, starting immediately.
The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH and communication difficulties. Staff work together to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive.
Role:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assisting teachers with classroom learning
Delivering interventions tailored to SEN needs
Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
What we’re looking for:
Experience in SEN (education or care background)
Resilient, patient and proactive attitude
TA/HLTA qualifications or relevant experience
Available to start ASAP
