The Role:
* First line support for customers’ arranging coffee machine installations.
* Support our sales team in processing customer orders.
* Serve as the customer point of contact for equipment requests and queries.
* Plan equipment allocations, working closely with internal teams.
* Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available.
* Maintain customer database to ensure system data accuracy and alignment.
* Assist the team with projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
The Person:
* Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
* Able to answer queries concisely via telephone and email.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
* Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
* Hybrid working available after probation period.
Salary: up to £26k + 25 days holiday + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other company benefits.
