Job Title: Exam Officer (20-25 hours per week)
Location: Home working with once a week in their Westminster offices, London
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
PART TIME hours: 20-25 hours per week (spread across 5 days)
Fixed Term contract Maternity Leave cover (12 months)
About: Our client is a leading professional body.
Role Overview: A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners.
* Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results.
* Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals.
* Assist in organizing professional development events.
* Prepare reports on exam processes and results.
* Continuously improve internal processes and services.
Qualifications:
* GCSEs including English and Maths
* Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
* Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS systems.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
